How can I make an appointment?

Simply give us a call at 604-294-3271 or complete our Request Appointment form to make an appointment. We'll ask you for some information and send you an medical application form to bring on the day of your appointment.

How many times should I have my teeth cleaned?

It is recommended by the Canadian Dental Association that you have your teeth cleaned at least twice per year or every 6 months. In select situations when the gum and bone are deteriorating around the teeth, it may be suggested that you attend more frequently than this. Please contact us and schedule for a consultation, our dental hygienist can setup an regular cleaning schedule for you.

Where is the clinic located?

We are located in North Burnaby close to Carleton St. and E. Hasting St. at 4234 Hasting Street. Burnaby. There are free parking in the front on the street and back office.

Are dental X-rays safe?

Our dentists and hygienists rely on x-rays (radiographs) to gain a tremendous amount of information to ensure you receive the best care possible. All of our imaging equipment is digital which allows us to use very low doses of radiation (about 80% less than the old style film radiographs). If you are coming from another dental clinic and have had digital x-ray taken, we can minimize the time on retake if you could ask for them to be transferred over to us.

Do I need to be referred by a doctor?

No, we welcome new patients and if you are coming from another dental practice. Simply ask them to transfer your x-rays or medical records to our clinic.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payment. As well as, our helpful customer service team will facilitate and submit any insurance benefit claims on your behalf.
